  • Click here to initiate a return/exchange. Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
  • We will take it up from here and you will receive instant communication from us.
  • Do return the product(s) to us in the original condition.
  • Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.
  • We’d love it if you could use the Yoginis packaging to return the product. 
  • You have 7 business days to return the product. 
We will refund the full amount during returns. Your source account will be credited within 24 hours from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition)

Refunds

Refunds are quick and easy on all returns. Here are our guidelines:
  • We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
  • You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours to your source account.
  • For COD orders, we will send you a link that will help you get your refund credited quickly.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, provide us with your email address and order ID. Once you mail the request, we will take it from there and you will receive instant communication from us regarding the next steps.

Return Guidelines To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Original Condition: Please return the product(s) to us in their original condition. This means that the items should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
  2. Tags and Receipts: Please ensure that all tags and receipts are kept intact and included with the returned items. We cannot accept returns without the original tags and receipts.
  3. Packaging: While it is not mandatory, we appreciate it if you can use the original packaging to return the product(s). This helps us in ensuring the safe transportation of the item(s) back to our facility. However, the postcard included with the package is yours to keep.
  4. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please make sure that the returned item(s) are shipped and postmarked within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process Once we receive the returned product(s) in their original condition and verify that they meet our return guidelines, we will proceed with the refund process. Here are the details:

  1. Total Refund: We will refund the total amount paid for the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes or shipping charges.
  2. Credit Timeline: We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will credit the amount to your original source account within 24 hours. However, please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  3. Communication: Throughout the return and refund process, we will keep you informed via email regarding the status of your return. If there are any delays or issues, our customer service team will reach out to you promptly to provide assistance.

 

Exclusions Please note that certain items may be excluded from our returns and exchange policy due to hygiene or safety reasons. These may include but are not limited to swimwear, underwear, and personal care products. Additionally, any items that have been customized or altered specifically for you may not be eligible for return or exchange. We will clearly indicate such exclusions on the product page to ensure transparency.
